Connecting Business, Creating Community 2025-2026
In the first NSW funding round for 2024, which closed in April, the project Connecting Business, Creating Community 2025-2026, led by Business Singleton, has been approved for continued funding under the Micro Business and SME Capacity Building category.
This funding will provide continuation of funding towards Business Singleton’s Business Development Coordinator (BDC) and Administration Officer (AO) roles, which play a crucial part in the broader business community within the Singleton local government area since 2021.
This initiative aims to strengthen the local economy by providing essential resources to small businesses, enhancing their capacity, and creating a more connected business environment.
These funded roles are part of the broader LBF Bridging the Boundaries program – where the LBF funds economic development positions right across the regions in which we support. More information about these positions the Local Buying Foundation funds nationally can be found here.
