Tamara BinAmat is a Yawuru woman, and the Managing Director of Impact Digi – an award-winning marketing agency based in the Pilbara. Tamara started her business 10 years ago and she has been juggling the work-life balance ever since! She now leads a team of specialists in graphic design, branding, digital & traditional marketing, copywriting and website development. 100% Aboriginal-owned, Impact Digi is proud to service the mining and resources industries, new and established businesses, government and not-for-profit sectors in the Pilbara and beyond.

Ambika Rebello holds a Master’s in Business Administration and has worked in diverse sectors including the diamond jewellery industry and the media industry. Her past role has seen her work and travel around the world, and she has had exposure to Indian, US, European and Chinese markets. Whilst currently enjoying her role as a full-time mum, Ambika is equally driven to offer her skills and experience to public service, and to make a positive impact on society. is an Indian-born Australian who, along with her husband and her two school aged children, calls Port Hedland home. Ambika will be talking about her journey as a successful business executive, a tenacious migrant, a devoted mother, a dedicated councillor, and the challenges of maintaining a work-life balance.
