Women in Business Luncheon Series 2021 | The Port Hedland Women in Business Luncheon which will showcase inspiring leaders and their diverse success stories to support women in business in the Pilbara. The event will take place on a quarterly basis in an aim to establish the Port Hedland Women in Business Luncheon to be the leading women’s event in the Pilbara. Pilbara Artist Development | The Pilbara Public Artist Development Program (PPADP) is a capacitybuilding program for Pilbara artists to empower and upskill participants, to further their practice into public art realm through a series of presentations, workshops, and skills development sessions. The program will see participants be able successfully respond to public art EOI’s and deliver large scale, complex projects, that reflect local community, culture and landscape. This project will benefit local artists by giving a skill set to earn a sustainable income; opportunity for local government authorities, businesses and other agencies to engage professional PILBARA public artists; elevate the local arts scene by creating opportunities for community projects, murals, collective artworks and art workshops, and boost confidence for a sector that has been severely impacted by COVID-19. | The Junction Co. | Developing the Workforce of the Future |
